There are many services out there now that charge hundreds of dollars per listing to create a virtual tour of a property.   While some of these are very well done and perhaps worth every dime, you should also know it's very simple to do this on your own.  All you need is a low end digital video camera (maybe $200) and some software such as Movie Maker.
